Established in 1983, Preferred Moving & Storage began as a local moving company and quickly expanded our services to include long distance and international relocation services. In 1984, we partnered with Wheaton World Wide Moving for interstate relocation services. We chose Wheaton because of their outstanding reputation for quality service and their unparalleled ‘customer first’ philosophy.

Preferred Moving & Storage is conveniently located at 44267 Macomb Industrial Drive in Clinton Township, Michigan. We maintain a 15,000 square foot warehouse that meets the rigid criteria of storing the household goods of our military personnel. Our heated, containerized storage facility is equipped with a 24-hour security and sprinkler system. We offer long and short-term storage in our clean, modern facility.
