I needed a mover for my mom in MI; I'm out of state. Started the process by looking at websites and making a few phone calls and Preferred was by far the friendlist and most professional. Their quote was accurate and their customer service people were helpful. After I booked, I was surprised and happy with the "Updater" which was a simple way to handle many of the address changes, etc. Our crew was Dave and Ken. On time. Really fast. Super nice. And careful with everything. They were just the best, setting things up in appropriate rooms and helpful with furniture placement at the new apartment. Would definitely use Preferred again.
